Yielding To What Is

03When we yield to the things in our lives that cause us anything but joy and happiness we are giving ourselves the freedom to be truly happy.  Yielding to or giving way to something doesn’t always take it away or change things, it just doesn’t run you over. You may still have to face the unwanted, but instead of it completely knocking you down, you are then able to let it run its course with peace instead of anger.

Yielding to what is isn’t about failure or giving up for that matter.  It is about allowing the natural flow of life and of being in tune with your Inner Life, the greater and more powerful part of who you are.  When you are in tune with your Inner Life being alive and living the life you want comes so much easier than fighting against it.

So I say to you, just yield.  Give way to everything that imprisons you in a negative state of being.  A state of being that keeps you out of tune with your Inner Life and therefore unhappy.  Just yield to all the negative behaviors, feelings and emotions you are holding onto and just let them go.  You are holding on too tight, you are fighting too hard, you are resisting your inner truth.  You are resisting life as it is.  Everything you want, need and desire is right here, right now, all you have to do is just yield and trust all is well.

All Is Well – One With Your Inner Life

289All is well.  Do not fret or worry for the Universe is working with you, not against you. Relax in the calmness you so willingly seek within. You are one with who you really are ~ God, the Universe, your Inner Life. Your energy flows eagerly outward embracing all that you are and all that you desire. Your dreams are right there.  I know you can feel them….can you feel them?

10Now, close your eyes and just breathe. Breathe in all that you deserve ~ breathe in abundance, joy, happiness, hope, faith and love. And now, breathe out what is not truly a part of who you really are. Breathe out the stress, worry, dis-ease, frustration, anger, depression and fear.

With every step you take, with every breath you breathe, allow yourself to be free. Break free from the chains that bind you.  The chains that keep you locked up in the confines of your own mind. There is not one thing to be afraid of.

81You may not always feel me, but I am always with you. I will never leave your side and I will never hurt or disappoint you. I will love you all-ways and unconditionally.  All I need is for you to trust me. Can you trust me?

I ask that you give yourself completely and wholly to me for I am anxious to take this journey with you! Please trust ME, for I AM who YOU seek – I am YOU ~ I am your Inner Life, the greater part of who you truly are.  Stay with me and you shall find peace, abundance, kindness, compassion, freedom, unconditional love, joy and true happiness.

Be, Have, and Live In Happiness

55There will always be times throughout our lives when we experience periods of unhappiness, of feeling down in the dumps.  But regardless of how we are feeling, it is our choice as to whether or not we want to stay there or move ourselves back to a better feeling place. 

There is nothing or no one who can make you feel anything ~ you are the only one who is in control of how you feel.  Yes, I know, we like to blame others for how we feel and we like to blame the world for how our life is playing out, but in reality and in truth, your life and your feelings are your choice.

59When feeling unhappy we have a tendency to focus on how we are currently feeling which in turn creates more feelings of unhappiness.  And before you know it, you are suffering from sadness and depression. So why not turn yourself toward the people, places and things that bring you happiness.  Turn yourself toward the present moment, leaving all past and future thoughts behind.  Being in the present moment is full of positive energy, abundance, well-being, unconditional love, peace, joy and true happiness.  It is a natural part of who you really are and you are never without it.

57Trust me, I know all too well how hard it can be to get up, get out, and get motivated when you feel like a slug.  But once you do, your entire body of energy will change and you will be back in tune with your Inner Life before you know it.  Your Inner Life does not know unhappiness.  It does not know the past, future, stress, worry, anxiety, depression, dis-ease or lack.  It is when we live outside ourselves, in our outer lives, that we suffer and live unhappy lives.  The more consistently you live within your Inner Life, the greater and more powerful part of who you are, the more in tune you will be and the more your life will be filled with joy and happiness! 

56So, instead of giving into the negativity of unhappiness, why not give into the positivity of joy and happiness!?!  No matter what is going on you can still be, have and live in happiness !!!
