Admit the Truth for Your Own Happiness

355When you live unhappy more so than happy, there may come a time when the only thing left to do will be to sit down, quiet your mind, and admit the truth for your own happiness. It does not matter what is creating your unhappiness, admitting the truth will set you free because it stops the internal fight and struggle.  You are no longer fighting against what you already know. You are not running or hiding from it.  Once the fight stops, the thing that is creating your unhappiness loses its power over you!  You are now in control!

When you fight against the things you are doing or not doing that cause your unhappiness, you become out of tune with your Inner Life.  And when this happens, life is not so joyful and happy. But once you have admitted your truth, which stops the fight, the solutions will automatically surface through your Inner Life.  You will have the answers and the power to everything you want or need and you will be more in tune with your Inner Life again.

103Admitting the truth may cause some emotional pain but there will also be relief. You will feel and be free.  You do not have to change anything in your life in order to break free, you just have to admit the truth. You will then be free to move forward again and do what is needed and wanted to create your life the way you truly want it to be.

I have heard more often than not, that fear is the reason for not admitting and facing the truth.  No one wants to admit a truth that may cause emotional pain. However, you are already hurting yourself by not breaking free from your unhappiness. There is nothing on the other side to fear.  Yes, there may be some challenges along the way but as long as you stay true to yourself first, your life will unfold smoothly and easily.


30Give yourself what you deserve.  Love yourself enough to allow what life has to offer you. Do not be afraid.  Breaking free from any negative element will only bring you happiness!!!

If true and lasting happiness is what you seek, seek first from within.  Live, breathe and be your Inner Life.  Quiet your mind, focus solely on the present moment, and allow the power of your Inner Life guide you to where you want to be……

  1. Hey Cindy! This is a good one for me. A while back I realized that when challenged or confronted for any reason, I would always get defensive. I see now that this was a highly developed mechanism, acting out of fear, to either avoid looking at the truth or an attempt to void confrontation by explaining extenuating circumstances. Either way, it never made me feel better and never diffused an antagonist.. When I would finally look at the truth and accept it , sometimes hours later, there was no longer any conflict. You are right one when you say, ” Once the fight stops, the thing that is creating your unhappiness loses its power over you! You are now in control!” Wow! It took sooooo long and soooo much pain to realize this. I hope others can read your blog and add years of happiness to their lives through this simple truth. Let go of the right or wrong and look at the truth. It WILL set you free. Peace
